Problem with converting from subsctibtion to one time purchase

Hello! Today I got information that my business edition subscription expired. I cancelled auto-renewal and decided on a one-time purchase of the standard edition. Now when I try to enter the parallels it says that the license expired. When I erased this program and installed a new standard version, it still says I don't have the license. Please help.
