Windows ARM Update Fails when installing Cumulative Update 2022-04

I cannot install update my VM for Windows Home on ARM for the latest update 2022-04. Please see the attached image. Didn't have any problems before this. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Microsoft told me to contact you because it's running on a Parallels VM. Now I feel like I am running around in circles.

I had a different problem on ARM (but not Intel) with this update. Running System -> Troubleshoot -> Other Troubleshooters -> Windows Updater pointed me in the right direction, in the sense that a web search for the error indicated gave me a solution.
