Coherence broken on macOS Monterey 12.3

Bit poster
Just upgraded to macOS 12.3 and now find that:
- Windows 11-based VM is verrrryyyyy slow / sluggish
- Selecting View > Enter Coherence flashes the screen and then returns immediately to windowed mode (that is, does not work).

I've tried reinstalling Parallels Tools in Windows and rebooting, but no-go.
I'm running Parallels Desktop Pro 17.1.1.

Any suggestions?
 
I am having the exact same problem. I reinstalled Parallels tools but do not see where to change the VM to "profile design".
This is a new problem with Monterey 12.3

Hello, kindly check if you are running 17.1.2 version of Parallels Desktop.
