Cannot trial M1 Macbook

Hi! I have just recently bought a used M1 MacBook Air and wanted to try Parallels. It states we cannot offer a trial as trial period has expired on this Mac. I factory resetted the Macbook but same problem still occur. Is it possible to request for a trial to check out the program? Thank you!
