    Dear,

I'm using Parallels Desktop 18 on my M2 MacBook Air 2022.
I installed Windows 11 and CorelDRAW 2021 for windows.
I could install CorelDRAW 2021 for windows, but could not execute it.
I'd like to know how to solve this issue.
    Thank you for your support.

    Kind regards,

    @minoko

Thank you for letting us know.

The behavior could be associated with some of the components required for CorelDRAW to work, not being installed in Windows 11 ARM by default.

To try to fix this, please install the following components:

    https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.arm64.exe
    https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

After that, please try running CorelDRAW once again.

If that doesn't help, please collect a technical report (click Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID here (and we will create a support ticket to proceed with the investigation).

    Thanks!

I'm using Parallels Desktop 18 on my M1 pro MacBook Pro 2021.

I tried to install Survey Office 5.7 but an error alert showed up saying that an installation error may occur with VC_redist.x64.

I'd like to know how to solve this issue.
    Thank you for your support.

    Kind regards,
