Can't allocate more than 62gb ram

Hello community. Recently picked up 2 Mac Studio maxed out, after a looooooooooooooong wait.

First thing I did was to upgrade its OS, 2nd thing I did was to install Parallels desktop.

I have 5 Parallels Desktop Pro licenses, but I can't allocate more than 62gb of ram to a Ubuntu Server arm. What am I doing wrong?

First, it's very good that the second thing you did with your new Mac was the installation of Parallels Desktop:)
As for your question, if your macOS is macOS Monterey 12 then we're limited with the amount of RAM that can be assigned to a VM - 62 GB is the maximum.
If your host macOS is macOS Ventura 13, then you can assign up to 128 GB of RAM to your VM on a Mac computer with an M1 Ultra chip (in Parallels Desktop 18.1.0 and later).

That's what I've figured. My Studios came with 12.5.1, and I hesitated to upgrade to Monterey immediately, but to get all that 128gb ram, I upgraded :)
