Toolbox Subscription issue

    Dear Support, I have 3 permanent Licenses and 1 legacy license in my account after many upgrades and new buys. It shows 1 active subscription of toolbox as well. I cannot use this as it keep on showing that this is for old version. Kindly advice where I can download parallel toolbox old version..?

    Hello. I've updated MacOS to 11.7.2 (20G1020), and now Toolbox is asking to enter the license key. When I input it, the Toolbox provided information that license server rejects it. I bought Parallel Desktop 13 for Mac on 01.01.2018 (purchase order #ALLSOFT-10288281). Please help.
