How to install Windows 11 on M1 Mac using key

Hi,
I have a key provided for me by my employer. I want to install Windows 11 Pro ARM using Parallels on my M1 mac.
When entering the key I get an error that it can't be accepted. I tried solution from this page: https://kb.parallels.com/125375 but my account is not linked with this new key in any way. There is no previous device that would use it.
Is there any solution to this?
