Desktop files gone after updating windows to windows 11

    We have a customer that updated his windows to windows 11, but once the update finished all of his desktop files had disappeared. We told him that his files were going to be inside the Windows.old folder, but according to him, such folder had not been created. What can we instruct him to do in this situation?

    Thank you for your feedback.
    To let us better understand the situation, please ask the customer to perform the following steps:
    1. Reproduce the issue.
    2. Collect a technical report (click Parallels icon || > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this email.
    3. Also please clarify if the customer is referring to the Desktop Files that is appearing on his mac side and not showing inside his Updated windows 11 virtual machine.
    (By default, upon creation of a virtual machine, the mac's desktop contents is mirrored to the windows Virtual machine's desktop).
