Windows 10 ARM ISO File Generating Problem

Hi everyone, many greetings from Turkey, I hope you all good and everythings fine.
I've Parallel desktop for MacBook Pro M1 Chipset. When I trying to install Windows 10 via file that is downloaed from uup.dump web site windows 10 ARM file then I'm monitoring some problems like downloading is not starting. What's wrong with my mac? how Can I fix it?
Is it about Wi-Fi Network or Firewall ?

Thank you for your feedback.
Microsoft does not support Windows 10 Arm and officially only supports Windows 11 Arm.

Create a new Windows 11 virtual machine release version that was announced by Microsoft on October 5, 2021.

To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Create new Virtual Machine (click Parallels icon > Control Center)

2. In the upper right corner, click on the "+" button.

3. In the window that appears, click "Get Windows 11 from Microsoft" > "Continue" > "Install Windows".

5. Wait until the virtual machine is installed.
