Cannot find Parallels International GmbH

Just installed the latest version of Parallels for Mac and it won't open because it needs access allowed to Parallels International GmbH which does not show in the list after opening the lock. Only shows Parallels Desktop.

Parallels Desktop has full access. Still get the message I have to grant access to Parallels International GmbH which does not show in the list at all. Checking the info shows it is version 8.3.1, Copyright 2023 Parallels International GmbH however the app name is still Parallels Desktop.
