Screen Dims when right clicking/showing taskbar in Coherence Mode

Hello.

I have tried to tinker with the settings but i am still getting a dim screen when right clicking and showing taskbar / hovering a link when i am in coherence mode.

i have a screen recording but it seems i could not upload it.

If you are facing an issue , for us to further investigate the technical issue, kindly provide us with the following information:
1. Detailed explanation, with all steps by steps followed, to reproduce the issue.
2. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
3. Reproduce issue and create a video recording of the issue following the article https://kb.parallels.com/en/118652 and upload the recorded file via secured file sharing link (provide us with the link).
4. When did this issue from Windows started? (Whether recently or after you did any software updates?)

This is the number 430187092

This is ever since i started with Parallels i always have this kind of problem when using it in Coherence.
