Recover Parallels 10 license from Time Machine backup? Elsewhere?

I recently did a fresh install of macOS (junk buildup, malware concerns), which is basically wiping the drive and reinstalling apps from scratch. I had a licensed copy of Parallels 10 for Mac, but the only key I have on my account is for Parallels 4, which is much, much older than the key I used for 10. I may have used an older email when registering 10, but I only use one account now, so I wouldn't know where to begin there.

I still have a time machine backup of my entire system. Is there a way to recover my Parallels key and/or activation from a file path (e.g. Application Support in the Library, app package, copying all Parallels files to new machine, etc.)?

You cannot find the activation key or product key from the backup. If you remember the old email address, please write us it in a private message.
