Cannot deactivate and transfer my license to new Macbook

    Hi,
    I've got a license linked to my account, and I'm moving to a new hardware thus would like to take this license with me.
    When I log in into portal I don't see any licenses online - it offers me instead to register it, but when I try to do so it respond to me that it linked to another account.

    Can you please help? I reached out to our internal Help Desk - they don't see my license in the business account either.

    I have the same issue. How can I contact Parallels with my old license key from the help in this document https://kb.parallels.com/115424 ? The link is leading nowhere but I paid them!

    I reported having this problem last week, but have not heard anything more. Please let me know how I can transfer my license. For reference, my original order number is 204470157 from 2019. I have renewed my license every year since. My renewal order number from Dec, 2022 was 371955759.

    Thanks for the pointer. I was using the wrong account. I logged in using the appleid.com account and was able to migrate the license myself. Thanks for the tip and the help!
