Parallels Desktop activation on new Mac - activation limit reached even after logoff PD old Mac!

Activation denied because license limit reached (see attached image).Disconnect license from old Mac(was on High Sierra 10.13.6) isn't possible for me. Pls disconnect the V16 license from old Mac. Thx.

Since today I can't even start the program in trial mode. I bought the license for a lot of money and now I want to use it. I logged out of the old Mac (as described in the knowledge documents) and now I see that I can't use it on the new Mac? This is unacceptable!
Again: please deregister the old Mac in your license system or delete the activation limit! I have a permanent license for one computer and that's exactly how I want to use the license! Thanks

Yo tengo el mismo problema, tengo todas las cuentas cerradas y me sigue diciendo que tengo el limite superado de equipos. Como solucionar esto, ya que la licencia la tengo comprada hasta mayo de 2024. Gracias.

I had to have my macbook air serviced and when it was returned I had to set it up as a new mac, and restore through a time machine backup. Parallels is saying I exceeded my activations on version 17. Please reset so I can activate.
