Can't activate after motherboard replacement

I've had my motherboard replaced few days ago by Apple, Parallels says "This license has reached it's activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."

I can't figure out how to deactivate the pervious installs and activate this one.

Help? Thank you.
