Unable to turn off auto-renewal

This is just one issue after another. I am unable to turn off auto-renewal. I click on the button that allows me to turn it off and I get a pop up message and then it stays subscribed to the product. This is simply unacceptable. If you think I'm going to run a piece of software on my computer where the developer can't even manage support and payment properly then you live in a different universe.

Maybe you guys can help me i am unable to turn off auto-renewal as i dont see that button even on the page , i want to cancelled my license and don't want to be charged again for product i stop using
