Please note that to use an upgrade key, you need to have an existing previous version of Parallels Desktop.
Unfortunately, you do not have one.

We can initiate a refund for your upgrade key as you are still eligible for a reefund.

You can then purchase a full license. Let us know how you want to proceed.
