PD Mac Pro Edition license activation not possible

Hello,
After HDD crash I have re-installed PD19 on my Mac. I have a yearly subscription, but the last version which is listed in my account is PD15. With this license PD19 can't be activated and it tells me to buy a valid license. Under "My Account" I can download PD19 as a dmg file but a license number for PD19 is not listed.
How can I get a valid license number to activate PD19? All the KB articles did not work.

I have contacted the software distributor and I will reply their feedback and if they were able to support.
