I'm on a new MacBook Pro and attempting to set Parallels back up. Since my Intel VMs are no longer compatible with my new Mac I'm trying to start a new VM.
Parallels prompts me for my activation key, and when I enter the key I receive an error message (attached).

"Unable to perform the operation
This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again."​

My subscription renewed just a couple months ago and I use Parallels for work. I need Support to contact me ASAP to address this issue.

Can you please share the email address on a private message that you used while purchasing Parallels Desktop?

Under your current email address: chiza.b****r@gmail.com, we can find a trial version of Parallels Desktop.
