Hi forum I have a very specific need for my personal computer. I would like to buy an x86 MacBook Air, and use it to run MacOS, Linux, and Windows with parallels. I very much do not want an M1 Mac, as I want to run x86 applications. Is it still possible to buy older versions of parallels for the older MacBooks? If so I will buy an x86 MacBook and parallels thank you <3
Hello @j0ulem, Currently, if you purchase a Parallels Desktop 19 Permanent license, you would only be able to use this key to activate 1 prior version - Parallels Desktop 18. However, if you would like to use an even older version, you may buy a subscription-based license and use it to activate a previous version of Parallels Desktop. You may find the download links for previous Parallels Desktop versions (version 16 and older) from this KB article: https://kb.parallels.com/5802 Or, you could click on the dropdown menu to select the download version from the download page (versions 17 - 19): https://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/download/ As a guide, to know which version of Parallels Desktop would be suitable for your device, you may refer to this compatibility KB article: https://kb.parallels.com/114381 Thank you!
