    Hello,

I have a generic M2 USB-C disk enclosure. It works perfectly with my Mac and the Windows 11 installation under Parallels Desktop. Today, my new disk enclosure arrived, and I moved my existing M2 drive from the old box to the new one. The disk is recognized instantly on Mac, and I can work with it as usual, but when I want to attach it to the Windows, it is not recognized. Device manager shows it as "USB Mass Storage Device" with the much dreaded yellow exclamation. Error displayed on the device properties window is "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". I attached it to a Windows notebook and it worked flawlessly. In the past, I attached many disks over USB and used them under both Mac and Windows, so I'm very surprised why this combination does not work.

My Mac is Mac mini 2024 with Apple M4 and 16GB RAM, Windows is Windows 11 24H2 (26100.6584) ARM w/ 6 GB RAM.
Parallels Desktop version is 26.0.1 (57243)
The old USB box is a generic noname box
The new box is ACASIS EC-6604Pro. It supports two M2 drives and provides offline cloning functionality.

Both boxes require no extra driver or software.

How can I diagnose and solve this issue?
