Hello all, I am a new user to Parallels on an M4 Max Macbook Pro. I am having issues with my cursor appearing grainy on my Windows tabs, and all resources I could find pointed towards adjusting display settings through control center. However, I do not have an option to adjust my resolution on the settings menu, screenshot attached. Any help is appreciated.

    Hello @AshwinS1
    Thank you for your feedback.
The issue appears to occur because you might be using a custom resolution on your host macOS Screen e.g 1920x1200.
As a possible solution, please follow the steps below to set you host macOS Screen (built-in screen) resolution to default:
    1. Open System Setting (Click on the Apple Logo on the top left corner > System Settings > Displays > Select your Built-in Display > click Advanced > enable "Show resolution as list" > Done
    2. Select the Default resolution
    3. Launch Parallels Desktop > Launch your Virtual Machine > Check if you are now able to see the Graphics Settings in the virtual machine menu.
In case you are still having issues after performing the above steps, please collect a technical report (Right-click on the Parallels icon in the Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this message.
    Thanks!
