Hello, I've purchased the program for my university studies one year ago. However, my subscription was recently renewed, which represents a significant financial burden, especially since I have not been actively using the program for some time. Could you please process a refund for me, as my previous attempt to seek assistance from your support team was unsuccessful?

Support tickets don't work.

they say they no longer allow refunds on auto-renewals.

my next step if they don't refund will be to contact my bank and I recommend you do the same.
