Why is support from parallels always so difficult to get?

I have a license - renews on april 21 2026 - and I cant use email or phone or chat support?????

I cant access my mac dropbox from windows. says i dont have permission.

i hate parallels. When i need it it fails and I pay for that privilege. And support is always complicated
