It's not just Catalina (as that KB states). I'm still on Mojave and having all the issues in this thread.

I'm just using it for Quickbooks so I can manage but it sucks for those who need the software on a daily basis.

Hi @crogers , you can set up the hdd size during the VM creation process. Check this out for more info and let us know if it's not that case. Also I've found the QB system requirements for you, you can review this link and change the VM size to your needs.
