Yes, it has also screwed up virtue desktops (virtual desktop manager) again,...this happened with another beta at one point but they fixed it, now...
I am having the same problem with a VM running Ubuntu linux but I have not looked very deeply for a solution yet. I will post something if I find it.

You have to go to OS X preferences > universal access > and then make sure that "enable access for assistive devices" is disabled, not checked....
