This happened without NAT as well - I used a direct connect from our lab at work this afternoon to test. I also tested with both bridged and shared networking - no luck with either. I also used the Realtek and the Parallels network drivers - no luck there. I'll try reinstalling parallels tools.

I think I wanna try 1970 again, but when I uninstall RC1 and install 1970, it says that my trial license has expired. I don't have a trial license; I bought the package, and 3106 and RC1 both recognize the key. Any ideas as to how to get 1970 to work again?

I can't use the OSX VPN client, since our organization requires the Windows-only "Cisco Stateful Firewall" to be present. :( The VPN in the guest OS was the only thing working, and now that it's stopped, there's a good chance I'm gonna have to give up my Macbook for a Dell (*shudder*).

I tried copying a 910 MB file using drag-n-drop from my XP image to my Mac desktop, and it threw an error message (Skip/Stop). I then tried copying it to the shared folder I had set up in my XP image, and the image bluescreened, the menu area on my Mac crashed, and the Mac wouldn't shut down...

Seconded. Using Cisco VPN client from an XP image in Parallels with no problem - it was moved over when I transported my old image from an IBM Thinkpad.
