I've done some digging on the Web and I'd like to share it with you :) I believe Parallels 4.0 build 3844 will work provided that Snow Leopard is booted up with 32-bit kernel, this is I believe the default boot-up parameter for Mac OS X, you can also achieve this by pressing 3 and 2 keys...

I am confused too... I thought Snow Leopard was a 64bit OS and no way to choose 32bit operation... Parallels please clarify this issue...

Have you tried to copy and paste .pvm file? then rename it?

The USB drive you were trying to connect to your WinXP VM was probably mounted to your Mac. Look at your Mac Desktop if you see a drive mounted then eject it. Then you will be able to connect to your WinXP VM.

Yes I figured it out... It is possible... what you need to do is to turn on Internet sharing from your HSDPA modem to the computers using ethernet port assigned to "Shared Networking" of your Virtual Machine... Good Job Parallels...

Provided that you assign IP addresses in the "same " network, each VM should be able to see each other... of course, all VMs should be either configured as "host-only" or "shared Network"...

In my case it happened right after I installed OS X 10.5.3 update. Before the update, Windows XP VM did not have any flicker problem. It is a big hassle to me to remove OS update and test my case. So I am awaiting your solution.
