internet not connected

I've had this problem for a while now. Control panel in windows says the virtual ethernet adapter is working properly. My macbook is connected to internet and i still have no connection on my virtual machine. The config in my mac for parrallels is set to Shared Network (recommended)

Hello, I have installed Parallel on MacBook Air M1 and am facing an issue with the internet connection. The attached error report is the error if I even try to change the network adapter setting. Please suggest what can be done.
