oem license transfert other machine

Hi, I want to know if I install a fresh new virtual machine with an oem key, can I transfer this machine to an other Mac running Parallels Desktop in few years without risk to loose my Windows activation? Because OEM key just can be activate 1 time on 1 machine. But i think if i transfert the...
