ptagent.exe parallels tools

Hello, I have recently installed Windows 11 ARM on Parallels 19 but cannot install Parallels Tools. Double-clicking or running PTAgent.exe does nothing. I have tried running as administrator and still nothing. The installer refuses to start up at all. I had to manually install the network...
