02/00000005 Maximum number of active connections reached.

Hi,

I have a 2x Application Server installed on a Terminal Server, however I only have one application published to one desktop (mine because I'm testing it) but it is giving me the error "Code 02/00000005 Maximum number of active connections reached." when I try to use the application.

I have the free license whilst I'm testing it so that's 3 connections to 2x allowed and should be fine? I have probably 30 people logged on to the server using RDP Terminal Services, nothing to do with 2x. I am the only one using 2x.

Does anyone know how I can rectify this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

all connections are counted doesn't matter you go through the 2x gateway or you use MSTSC.
