0x0000017 Error attempting to install software

Hi,
I have a Mac M2 Ultra with 64 GB RAM.
After installing Parallels Pro and Windows 11 I tried to install a Software (I tried several and the error was always the same) and I got this Error Message:
0x0000017 (and the German Text...)
What can I do?

In order to proceed with further investigation, kindly provide us with the below information:
1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.
