100% Disk usage

I have a fully specced out 2018 MacBook Pro and have been a Parallels user for many years. Just recently my Windows performance has dropped significantly -- lots of frozen apps, laggy clicks/typing, etc. - and the Task Manager is consistently showing "100% Disk Usage" when these lags occur. The actual MB/s are next to nothing (highest being .2, for example) when the "100% Disk Usage" is indicated. I have the latest version of Parallels and have been keeping up with Windows updates.
