Hello,

I am a registered user of Parallels v10 and my license has always worked well with the successive 11.x versions, but today after the 11.2.2 update I have made after switching to macOS Sierra, my license is not accepted anymore. I understand that I have to buy an upgrade to use Parallels v12, but the 11.2.2 is a minor update, so that should work as indicated.

Has someone had the same problem here ? Can you help me with this problem that prevents me from using Parallels, please ?

Thanks in advance.
