I did not purchase Parallels Desktop again, and I noticed a payment of €119.99 as "CBA*PARALLELS" on my bank account. I did not authorize any payment and I did not agree to any subscription renewal.
I would like to request a full refund of this amount because isn't linked to any product I bought.
Moreover, I checked my Parallels account and I do not have an active subscription, so I do not understand why I have been charged.
Without command number, I cannot open a ticket : how to contact anyone from parallels's team ??
