13.2.0-43213 upgrade fails to start

Hi all,

Any idea what goes wrong or how to start debugging this? I get the popup "new version of parallels desktop available...." and when I click install update, something flicks on the screen and then nothing happens. Parallels just dies. If I click install later, I am able to use the old version normally.

This is macbook pro retina 15 inch late 2013, mac os high sierra 10.13.1.

Hello HannuV, The reason might be Parallels Desktop installation file was broken during the downloading process. Glad to know that you were able to sort out the issue. Please get back to us for any further queries. Thanks!
