14 day trial code

I downloaded Parallels for mac. It came with 16 days free.
I had a family situation & left town for 10 days. I was UNABLE to get to try out the software.

I called in & was told I was getting a 14 day code via email. That was awhile ago.... No email. YES - I did look in the spam box.

HELP PLEASE!
