I simply cannot get this to work. I've edited the xorg.conf file, I've even tried using these boxed versions, and I simply can't get this working. I've added the screen resolutions to the VM as well, but nothing but the standard 3 resolutions ever show up in the drop-down. Running this on a MacPro with a 20" Samsung widescreen monitor.danboarder said:It's working great now! I modified xorg.conf from someone who had it working with Solaris. This xorg.conf file also supports a number of other resolutions in Parallels/Ubuntu.
I've attached a copy to this post for anyone who migtht need this.
(remove the .txt extention, and always make a backup of your original file at etc/X11/xorg.conf )
