27.0.2 (58673) Still Way To Buggy to Use

I keep getting fooled by the update notices and end up going back to 26.4.1-57516 every time.

Although they've fixed the starting window staying in the foreground problem, there is still no fix for Windows dialog windows (Excel, Access, Word) that open BEHIND the main window and you have to toggle out of the app and then back into the app for the dialog window to come to the front.

Frustrating!
 
I have no issues at all with 27.0.2 on a heavily used Windows 11 VM. Doing a lot of 3D and other dev work and it's been pretty good to me. Running Excel and Word with zero issues.
