Hello

I have installed 2X client on Ubuntu 10.04 32 bits and when i use /opt/2X/Client/bin/2XClient from the gui by clicking it and it does come up to the correct interface and when i click on IE application all works fine. I have a nice windows with Internet Explorer on my Linux.

The problem is when i want to make shortcut on my desktop, i use this command line :
/opt/2X/Client/bin/appserverclient -u'xxxxx' -p'xxxxx' -s'192.168.0.24:80' -d'dracenie' -S local -c 16 -e 0xF -l 0x0409 -m 2G -a'ie'

I have not seamless windows with IE, but a small windows with standard login.

Can you help me ?

Best regards

Hi there,

Could you try to insert #ApplicationNumber instead of name of application.
You can check under 2X ApplicationServer Console > Publishing > select you application > under information you will find Application Number. For ex. published IE is #5, so under a shortcut you must have /opt/2X/Client/bin/appserverclient -u'xxxxx' -p'xxxxx' -s'192.168.0.24:80' -d'dracenie' -S local -c 16 -e 0xF -l 0x0409 -m 2G -a'#5'

Kind regards.

Thanks rozenberg it work fine.

I hope a update for 2X client for Linux....
