2x aplication server setup for popular games is it posible?

Hi! I own a small cybercafe in south america it is composed of 15 client pc running windows xp and one server running windows 2003 the problem is games are becoming bigger and disk space is getting low on the client pc, not to mention time consuming to install a new game on each pc, it also takes a lot of money to upgrade all the drives which I could use to add more pc´s to the network so I would like to install 120 popular games (NFS,fifa,lineage,battlefield, etc..) on the server and run something like 2x terminal server and or 2x aplication server.

I recently upgraded all pc´s on the network with 1000MBS lan card

Is it posible?
what would be system requirements?
Is there another more efficient way to do this?
 
To be honest, I don't think it's possible to do it without having performance issues.

The 3d rendering will cause the problems.

What you can do is share your networkstorage and install the game on the computer but choose the networkstorage as install folder.

With networkstorage i'm not talking about 3 disks in raid 5...but like 6 15k sff disks in raid 1+0 or even a powerfull performance san.

Still it's time consuming...and then we're not even talking about updates...
