we using application client.
I connecting witout firewall device. No problem.
we system in firewall.
I trying with firewall connection failure.

what can I do for connected?
Port forward ? Port Number

IMHO there are a lot more environment details needed to support your case professional.

Further on the fastest way to start may a call with you in your native language.

p/s: When it comes to firwalls most of the time the issue is that the 2X client is using the direct mode instead of the gateway mode to connect.

Direct mode: The client is communication with the gateway device as well as with the destination hosts (terminal servers, rdsh and/or virtual desktops).

Gateway mode: The client is only communicating with the gateway device.

Further on it's a good idea to go by the gateway port when using the gateway mode instead of adressing the needed ports separately.
