2X Application Server 10. Upgrade to Version 11

Hey Guys

I have 2X Application Server version 10 installed. When I install version 11 it corrupts the configuration. I believe this is because the ClientManager has changed.

I understand I need to upgrade to version 10.5 then 10.6 and then version 11 for it to work. However, I can't find the links to download the previous versions anymore. How can I get a previous installer for 10.5 and 10.6?
