We are pleased to announce the release of 2X ApplicationServer XG Version 11.1. New features:
• New Licensing: Simplified price list based solely on concurrent end-user sessions. One year of free upgrade insurance and no limit to the number of servers.
• 2X Client Manager now embedded in 2X ApplicationServer XG: 2XClientManager, the vendor-independent solution that enables administrators to centrally manage a range of devices, is now included in ASXG, free of charge.
• Flexible user-based licensing: Ensure better usage of the licenses portfolio in mobile environments. The newly introduced grace period allows customers to better manage license usage peaks.
• Language: Support for Brazilian Portuguese.
• Improved HTML5 Gateway: HTML5 remote desktop sound redirection on Chrome and Opera; now also supports Safari v7 or higher.
• Improved URL/E-mail Redirection: URL and e-mail redirection can be enabled to use a new technology which overcomes problems when no protocol handler is available.
• Faster universal printing: Speed up the redirection on universal printers* and the printing process.
