2X ApplicationServer XG v11 (buil 1933) - upgrade to 12

Hey Guys

I'm currently running 2X ApplicationServer XG v11 (1933).
I'm looking to upgrade to version 12 so that my Windows 8.1 clients are more compatible and I'm starting to get a little instability with clients running version 12 of the client application.

So I can plan the upgrade out and things go smoothly, does anyone know where can I find the upgrade whitepaper for version v11 (1933) going to version 12 (2392)? (I found the changelog but not the upgrade whitepaper)
