2x AppServer + Win 2000 Server = truble

Hi.
I got a mistake whith Code [01/00000006] when I try to connect to my 2x Application server installed on win2000 server, but all good with the same settings on Windows 2003 server
2x AppServer was installed on clean installation of Windows 2000 Server.
Anybody. Help please.
