2x AppSvr XG 11 Failed connecting normal users

I am just testing 2x ApplicationServer XG 11 on Windows 2008 server R2. After I published applications, I try to connect to those applications and it cannot connect using many users that I created for this. The thing is that I only can connect using the local Administrator and Domain Controller Administrator users, but can not connect using other users from the local OS or the DC. the only way I can connect using other users from the local, is adding those users to the Administrators Group.

Do anyone knows why is happening that? I need to connect using other group users not only administrators group.

The error that appears is: "[3] - The remote computer has ended the connection."

Thanks for contacting 2X forums.

That error message is most likely generated by the computer you are connecting to. Try connecting with the standard Microsoft Native RDP client to see more information.
