2x client connection problems

I am attempting to use 2x client software to connect to a 2x app server that is accessible from the internet.

The 2x client is behind a firewall as is the app server. Port 80 is open on both ends.

Yet.. the 2x client cannot seem to connect from some computers, while computers at another remote location can connect just fine.

Are there some firewalls and/or routes that stop 2x from cummunicating via port 80.

The client can communicate using only port 80, so i think it is a firewall issue.

On the client or on the server? Is there a way to test whether or not the firewall is compatible with 2x?
 
Best thing to do is to work in SSL mode over for 443.
If 443 is open for HTTPS 2X Application Server will work.

This worked well. the firewalls that were blocking 2x traffic on port 80 are allowing it on the secured port.
